This theory will give you a big shock at the end.  I literally yealled “Whoa” when I figured out what this fella was saying.  That’s not to say that I believe it, but if he’s right, then wow, Darlton is more clever than we could have imagined.

I’m really not into time travel and duplicates running around, so a lot of the latest Lost theories are really.. Lost.. on me (hahaha, did you see what I did there?).  This theory has a manageable time travel aspect and no outrageous duplicates.  What he’s saying is that the those on the island, when it moved, went back in time to the sixties or seventies.  That group, consisting of Locke, Richard, The Others, The two Freighter Folk and the few 815 survivors, become The Hostiles, that fought and destroyed the Dharma Initiative!
